(1) The committee will not provide legal aid to a person whose annual income is more than forty thousand rupees.
(2) The committee will not provide legal assistance to the accused in the following cases:-
(a) under the Espionage Act, 2018,
(b) under the Sale of Livestock (Control) Act, 2043,
(c) Cases under the Preservation of Ancient Monuments Act, 2013,
(d) The case of punishable by prison for violating the civil law,
(e) Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, 2017 and Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Act, 2048 (f) Cases under the Control of Evasion of Revenue Act, 2052,
(g) Cases under the Narcotic Drugs (Control) Act, 2033,
(h) Other issues determined by the Central Committee from time to time.
